Ford 9 Inch for G
Body New Flanged Housing 58" Track width, Stock pinion Location with Big Ford Housing Ends.  1978-87 GM Midsize Cars.
Wheel mounting flange to wheel mounting flange will be 58" with axles installed (2 1/2" offset axles)
Stock rear end pinion yoke location between wheel flanges when center section is installed.
Standard driveshaft location 1/2" to the passenger side exactly like a General Motors rear.
New Stamped Housing with 3" x .188" wall DOM tubing.

CHOOSE Big Ford Housing Ends; New Style (torino) with .375" (3/8") bolt holes OR  Big Ford Old Style ends .500" (1/2")
SPECIFY   if you are running drum or disc brakes (brakes not included)
SPECIFY   2 3/8" or 2 1/2" axle offset for brakes
flanged 31 spline axle axles have 3.15" bearings installed
axles are cut to length to match the housing
CHOOSE  Axles have three bolt patterns in all axles, 5 x 4.5" small ford, 5 x 4.75" GM and 5 x 5".  Choose which pattern you want the wheel studs installed.
CHOOSE  1/2" press in wheel studs; short for custom wheels OR Moroso Long for Racing
4 bolt axle retainers included to match your housing
T-bolts kits included to match your housing ends
3/4 npt drain plug on bottom of housing
Drain plug can be left off housing if Requested when you order.
No Fill in back of housing (gear filled through gear/center section).
You must send us a message with all the your Choices & SPECIFY answers before we can start building your housing axle kit.
Usually it will take 4-5 business days to build your housing kit and package it for shipping.
