We accept product return within 30 days since purchase if the parts:
Have not been Disassembled or Installed
Are not missing parts, hardware or instructions
Are not damaged due to Improper Handling
We will issue a refund for returned parts when your return meets the above requirements and be responsible for return shipping fee when the return is a result of mistakes made on our end.

Warranty
We offer a 10-year warranty for parts failing due to manufacturing defects under intended use. In this case, we will provide a replacement part for free (customers need to be in charge of the shipping fee during warranty process). For parts that are used in normal condition but turn to be defective within 30 days after purchase, we will provide a free replacement (the shipping will be on us) or refund the purchase price for you.
Please understand that we are not able to offer reimbursement for labor, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.
Warranty policy does Not apply to any part if it has been:
Altered, misused, or improperly-installed
Installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed
Installed on a racing or high-performance vehicle, or vehicle with modified suspension/rims/tires

Coverage and Duration
AUTOPART TRUST INC warrants that it will provide a free replacement for any AUTOPART TRUST INC unit which fails or proves defective during normal use on the vehicle on which it was originally installed and within the first 12 months from the date of original purchase . This warranty does not apply to any AUTOPART TRUST INC unit which has been altered, misused, damaged, installed improperly, installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed, installed on a racing or high performance vehicle, or vehicle with modified suspension/rims/tires. This warranty is extended only to the owner of the vehicle on which the unit is installed, for as long as that person owns the vehicle, and is not transferable.
Remedy and Service
A replacement for a failed or defective AUTOPART TRUST INC unit is available from the point of purchase. For Proper Credit unit must be returned with proof of purchase and a brief description of the "Reason for Return"
Exclusions
AUTOPART TRUST INC makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose and no other warranties, representations or guarantees, whether written or oral, beyond those contained in this warranty. The replacement of the unit is the sole and exclusive remedy for the claims of any type (including personal injury) arising from the failure or defective condition of the unit from AUTOPART TRUST INC Negligence or breach of legal duty, or otherwise. AUTOPART TRUST will not reimburse the vehicle owner for the cost of removing defective unit, installing the replacement unit or replacing any other parts, or for any other expenses, charges or damages.
Limitation on Liability
To the extent allowed by law, AUTOPART TRUST INC will have no obligation to the vehicle owner for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the failure or defective condition of the unit from AUTOPART TRUST INC negligence or breach of legal duty, or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations for exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Within 60 days of receipt of your order, you may return Auto Parts that are:
1) Brand new, in their Original Packaging and Resalable condition.
2) Have not been Disassembled.
3) Are not Damaged due to Improper Handling.
Any Installation, or Incidental fees are non-refundable. For any Quality related issues, we will pay the return shipping fee .
If the requested item has not been shipped out, we will refund you 100%.
If the reason for refund is our mistake or quality issue, we will refund you 100%.
For all other returns, we will issue a refund that meets the above requirement less our shipping cost. An RMA # is required for all returns.
We understand that sometimes you need to make a return or an exchange, so we make it easy. For returns, simply send your order back within 60 days and get your money back. It's as easy as that. All we ask is you send it back in the same condition it was received - new and unused. We cannot accept returns on used or installed items. Exchanges are easy as well.
