Richard Scarry baby crib blanket quilt pastel white green trim cats

This is from an estate sale, so age is unknown. I believe this is handmade so please look at all photos.
It is a very thin/lightweight quilt that is more for decor or security than keeping a baby warm.
Overall it is in very nice condition but on either side some of the stitching the separates the little sections of quilting has come unraveled/unstitched.
On the front is a faint grayish black line about .75" long -see photo  please and use the zoom feature.It is above the cothesline near the green trim. On back are two tiny (pencil point dot size) yellow spots.
Measures 38x57"

This is a lightweight quilt and could easily be used for room decor.
