Vintage Nursery Hand Cross stitch embroidery crib wall quilt animals

Description

Has some very small light yellowish spots and one small brown spot.
I included them in the pictures.
I haven’t tried to get them out so I don’t know if someone who knows
how to treat vintage items should be able to remove them or not
